As a single mother at a young age, I had to give up my dreams of attending college and went straight into the workforce to support my daughter. At just 23 years old, I entered the corporate world at an entry level position, but in just 4 years, I was holding a director’s position and earning a 6-figure salary.

In over 12+ years in Corporate America, I climbed to the top of the corporate ladder and held several senior and executive level positions. I've learned what it takes to succeed in the professional world and understand how decisions are made. I have a lot of insight into what company leaders look for in an employee when determining who they want to promote and invest in and I'm passionate about sharing that knowledge through coaching. I've experienced a season of life where I struggled financially, felt stuck in my job, and had little hope that things would ever get better.
